Terms and Conditions

• Attendance min 90% required to get certificate or help on interview calls.
• Student need to clean the computer and work place every day before login.
• Student should fill up all the tracking sheets every day and take sign of supervisor.
• If Student is suffering from cough / cold, he/she should take rest/leave.
• Personal laptops, pendrive  are not allowed in IKSC premises.
• Sincere efforts will be made to provide interview calls to the candidate, employment will depend the performance of the student in the interview and meeting the company’s requirements.
• INTERVIEW CALL WILL GIVEN ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND COMPLETION OF COURSE REQUIREMENTS.
• No Refund of fees and Fees are subjected to change, and the updated fees applicable.
• Student’s Guardians/ Parents should check the progress of students every 15 days.
• Students need to install IKSC App to track the progress.

Memorandum of Understanding 

• STUDENT is associated as student with the IKSC from the said date is responsible for carrying out the functions of IKSC through his/her course curriculum as are allotted to him/her for the performance of which he/she is accountable to the IKSC.
• IKSC is desirous that it enter into this Agreement with STUDENT so that the relationship between IKSC and him/her is well defined and he/she agrees to and is aware of the responsibility and accountability that goes with the course and accepts that responsibility and accountability and is willing to enter into this Agreement with the IKSC.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PREMISES HEREIN CONTAINED IT IS NOW AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS:

• STUDENT shall devote his full dedication to the business of IKSC and shall submit complete assignments, tracking sheet of his course curriculum to IKSC during given time period and shall be accountable and responsible for the same. 
• STUDENT shall be entirely responsible and accountable to IKSC for the function that he/she performs for IKSC and has to follow all operational rules and regulations same as applicable to employee at IKSC.
• STUDNET shall keep all access details like password confidential and should not disclose to anyone to avoid any loss or miss-use of data.
• As IKSC believes in high business ethics and is concerned with reproducing knowledge, IKSC is intolerant to copying of data in any manner by student without prior permission, Student should not take screen shots and photo of screen, 
• STUDENT shall not involve in any activity which will disclose the mode of operation of IKSC with any of competitors or any person who is not associated with IKSC.
• The provisions of this Agreement shall be co-terminus. IKSC shall be entitled to terminate association with STUDENT either on the basis of this Agreement on giving to STUDENT one day notice if IKSC is not satisfied with his/her conduct and/or STUDENT is guilty of any misconduct or commits any criminal offense or a breach of any provision of this Agreement, provided that in the event of any alleged misconduct he/she will be given an opportunity to show cause against the termination. This Agreement shall prevail.
• In the event STUDENT decide to discontinue from the service of IKSC for any reason whatsoever he/she will be liable to pay compensation to the IKSC to the extent of the balance fees. No fees will be refunded in any case. The fees are also not transferrable.
• In the event a question of interpretation arises between arises between the provisions of this Agreement and the offer letter the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
• IKSC believes in providing flexibility to students in learning, but use of personal laptops, connection to network, IKSC wifi, USB memory stick is strictly prohibited, IKSC is intolerant to misuse of the IT in any manner by student. Prior permission is required if use of these media is called for.
• Student is expected to pay the fees as per the agreed Schedule for continue learning. The Account would get disabled 5 days after the due date for the installment.
• Student will be entitling for Certificate only after payments of all fees.
• Placement assistance will be extended only after payment of all fees.
• This admission form to be preserved by the student till completion of course.
